Important Terms & Conditions for Rewards program :

  • Redemption Requests once made cannot be cancelled.
  • Gift Vouchers (GV) may be applicable only in select cities and/or select stores, purely at the discretion of the concerned outlets. Before placing a redemption request, Customers are requested to check website for the valid outlet list displayed against Gift Vouchers. Premier Group will not be liable to replace redeemed GVs, if they are not accepted at city/stores falling outside the uploaded GV Outlets list
  • In case of redeeming Gift Vouchers, please use the vouchers within validity period mentioned on voucher. Premier Group will not be able or liable to replace/validate voucher usage/seek validity extension from the Merchant.
  • In case of damage of items during transit OR wrong item sent OR difference in request & items received etc, please contact Premier group at Customer Care Numbers or mail at care@defendoqtr.com within 7 days of receipt of gift item/voucher. Premier group will not be able or liable to pick-up or replace the items, if query is raised beyond this 7 day period.
  • All descriptions and features mentioned by Premier group are as confirmed by the manufacturers on the date of listing on catalogue. Premier group offers the products on a best effort basis & the company cannot be held liable for any dispute arising on product features or performance.
  • Disputes if any arising out of the product or usage of the same needs to be taken up with the manufacturer of the product.

  • Defendo Qt Reward's member needs to accumulate a minimum of 9 Reward Points must require redeeming them for any listed gifts (1 point = 100 INR).
  • If the reward point is less than 3/4 quarter points then it will round off to lowest value, if it is more than 3/4 quarter points then it will round off to upper value. For e.g: If the reward points is less 11.24 point then it will round off to 9 points , if it is more than 11.25 or above points then it will roundoff to 12 points.
